Talking TAR at Georgetown’s E-Discovery Institute

This Law Technology article by Mark Michels of Deloitte Transactions & Business Analytics LLP, reports on a panel at the 11th Annual Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute which posed the question: “Where is the law taking us with technology-assisted review?” While Dentons’ partner Christopher King noted that recent judicial decisions have established that “TAR is a well-accepted methodology for discovery,” role playing by the panel demonstrated specific application of TAR protocols in discovery is still evolving.
